Updates on Cutting Calories and Credit Cards:

2/6 - Lost 4# this week so back on track. No credit spending. Hate credit so much! Looked at my balance this week and wanted to puke. Just want it GONE. Someday it will be. Chip away, chip away.

1/30 - Birthday weeks are NOT great weeks to be trying to loose weight! Actually GAINED 3# - yuck. But knew I would because between my son's bday celebration and two different ones for me there was no way I'd loose. Soooo back to the grind this week. Hopefully I can at least make that weight up and get back to what I weighed in at on the 23rd. Credit spending (or actually non-spending) was fine this week but it was very stressful to not have that resource for my son's birthday gifts and party. Also, as I'm trying to loose weight it's rough because healthy food costs more and I'm trying to grocery shop with LESS money bc of the no credit thing... *sigh* - No pain, no gain, right?

1/23 - So this week was loooong. Wasn't sure I'd loose any because I was working so much I didn't get time to exercise BUT I still lost 2#. Sweet! So I'm down 8# total for the month. Spent a little money on credit this week via iTunes but I'm ok with that. Baby steps.

1/16 - Lost only 1 pound this week but I guess one pound is one pound. Might have been more but I had a hot date with Rob and we ate like kings :) ------ Nothing new with finances. Still good.

1/10 - Lost just 2 tenths shy of 2# this week. Feeling pretty good about that. Of course I would love to loose it in big chunks but I'm sure that would mean the weight wouldn't stay off bc I was just starving myself and not really changing my lifestyle. ------ Another week with no credit to bail me out. Groceries were lean because I didn't plan well but of course we all survived because it was my American (aka blessed) "lean" which means we had stuff to eat just not stuff we like :0) So this week I will hope to manage everything better. The debt is still sickening but at least nothing was added to it this week.
